Terence Daniel Jukes "Terry"

4th Jun 1936 — 25th Sept 2016

of Hinckley passed away peacefully at home with his family around him on 25th September 2016 aged 80 years. Beloved husband to Shirley. Much loved dad to Kim, Kay and Tim and father in law to Hayley. A wonderful grandad to Harriett, Maisy, Lilly, Ruby and Danny and great grandad to Ava and Ronnie. Funeral service to take place at Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton on Monday 10th October at 12:00noon. Family flowers only please. Donations may be sent payable to 'Client Charitable Donations Fund' in which all monies will be forwarded to the Renal Unit (Wards 10 and 15) at the Leicester General Hospital c/o G. Seller & Co Ltd 'The Genuine Independent Funeral Directors' 75 Upper Bond Street, Hinckley, LE10 1RH. Tel: 01455 637457.
