Stephen Frederick Peak

19th Sept 1952 — 11th Jun 2022

of Burbage passed away on June 11^th, aged 69, after a short illness. Cherished husband of Christine, deeply loved Dad of Christopher, Catherine (Katie) and Charlotte, and father-in-law to Kelly and Paul. Adored Granddad of Efa, Madog, Cedar, James, Ethan, Isaac and Harriet. A service celebrating his life will be held at Living Rock Church, Station Road, Stoney Stanton, LE9 4LU on Friday 1^stJuly at 4pm. Bright clothing welcomed. Family flowers only please. Donations may be made in memory of Stephen to Macmillan Cancer Support c/o G Seller Independent Funeral Directors, 75 Upper Bond Street, Hinckley, LE10 1RH. So sad to hear this news. I worked with Stephen at Coventry University and always found him to be a genuine and authentic man, full of common sense, great sense of humour, really cared for colleagues and stood up for injustice. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him and I am very sorry that he has passed before his time. My sincere condolences to his family.

I worked alongside Stephen for a few years when I joined Coventry University to lead its business research. Stephen was a wonderful colleague. Creative, supportive, always there with a smart idea or sage warning. I really missed Stephen when he left the University. To hear news of his untimely passing has rocked me. A lovely man who should still be inspiring those around him. I feel for his family.
