of Burbage passed away peacefully at Oldbury Grange Nursing Home, Nuneaton on 29^th November 2015 aged 80 years. Dearly loved husband of Sheila. Loving dad to Jacqueline, David and Steven, father in law to Sarah and Mick and grandfather to Lisa-Marie and Danielle. Funeral service to take place at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton on Friday 11^th December at 10:30am. Family flowers only please.
