Lakin. Samantha “Sam”, of Hinckley, formerly of Ashby De La Zouch, passed away peacefully in hospital, on 9^th May 2016, aged 45 years. Beloved wife of Simon, much loved mum of Daniel, Chloe and Ryan. Funeral service to take place at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton, on Wednesday 25^th May 2016 at 10.30am.
