Russell Allan Sakne

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Russell Sakne which occured on Friday 27th October.

Beloved husband, brother and son.

Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Friday 1st December at 2pm at South Leicestershire Memorial Park and Crematorium, Foston Road, Countesthorpe, Leicestershire, LE8 5QP.

A celebration of Russ's life will take place from 4pm at the Hinckley Function Rooms, 32 Hollier's Walk, Hinckley, LE10 1QW.

Some refreshmentswill be laid on; but in memory of Russ's love of both enjoying and providing fine food & alcohol, you are welcome to bring a plate of your favourite food, or an appropriate bottle to share with friends as Russ loved to.

To help with planning would you please say if you intend to come to the wake, either via the facebook invite or email auntieemday@gmail.com

Family request no flowers unless by personal agreement.

If you prefer instead you can donate here by using the adjacent button.

Money donated will be split between LOROS Hospice, the charity that looked after Russ in his last weeks of life and Cancer Research UK.
