Of Nuneaton. Passed away peacefully after a long illness on 13th February 2019, aged 66 years. A much loved husband, father & grandad. Funeral service to take place on Friday 1st March 2019 at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton at 9:30am. Family flowers only please. Donations are being raised in memory of Chub, payable to LOROS c/o G. Seller Independent Funeral Directors
