Died in the Leicester Royal Infirmary on Thursday 10th November aged 42 years.

Beloved Daughter to David and Anne and Sister to Sam and Mark.

A Service to Celebrate Rachel's life will take place at St. Catherine's Church, Burbage on Wednesday 30th November at 1.30pm

Family flowers only please, donations mey be made in memory of Rachel, payable to "L.O.R.O.S." c/o G.Seller or online using the "Donate" button to the right
