So sorry to have heard this news.
Thank you Phil for all the help and humour on your visits over the years. You will be sadly missed. Rest in peace.
Dr. Mike Burns
Such a shock only found out today. He will be sadly missed. Been our plumber and friend for nearly 20 years. We shall miss his visits and chats about formula 1 and his exploits down the pub.

A great friend who I didn’t get to know for longer. I could never explain to my wife what we had discussed on a Thursday and Sunday in the Lion as it was always so random. Thanks for the laughs Phil. Rest in Peace.

Beloved uncle Phil, will be forever missed but never forgotten, always found time to help me and my family out whenever we needed him and for that we are eternally grateful.

A lovely man who attended to all of our heating and plumbing problems for twenty years. Phil always stayed for a chat and became like a family friend and we are still shocked at his sudden passing. It will be an honour to attend the funeral of such a lovely honest and friendly man who we will miss very much. Rest In Peace Phil, it was a pleasure to know you.

A lovely, kind and generous friend who will be sadly missed by all.
Our bi-weekly pub meetings were a highlight of times together where the fat was chewed. People often asked what we talked about for hours and we didn’t know but such was the enjoyment we did it for many, many years and never bored of it.
Our thoughts are with Gill, Nick, Lee and families.
RIP Phil
Love David and Jayne.
