Passed away on 15th January aged 69 years.

Philip's Funeral Service to take place at South Leicestershire Memorial Park and Crematorium (Countesthorpe Crematorium) on Thursday 15th February at 12.00 noon

Family flowers only please, donations may be made in memory of Philip, payable to "Myeloma UK" and may be sent c/o G.Seller or online using the "Donate" button to the right
