Of Thornton, passed away peacefully at the Royal Derby Hospital, on 25th July 2016, aged 86, with his family by his side. Loving husband to Betty, father to Nicholas, Paul and Mandy and granddad to Danny. He farmed Glenfrith Hospital for 32 years, and he loved his farming years. "It was God's will we had to part; it healed your pain, but broke our hearts". Love always, 'till we meet again. Funeral Service to take place at Thornton Parish Church, on Thursday 11th August at 12.00 noon, followed by interment in the churchyard.
