Patricia Wallis Hames (Née Hammond)

Passed away unexpectedly on Friday 19th September 2025.
Aged 76 Years and now peacefully at rest.

Beloved wife to the late Keith, much loved mum to Ross & Neil,
mother-in-law to Lynn, and Grandma to Émilie, Ryan, Yve and Hannah.

Patricia will be sadly missed but dearly remembered by her family and friends.
