One of my greatest honours apart from that equalising free kick against the Cross Keys was being your best man. Hope I did you proud? You were by far the best man when me and Fi, Flo to you, tied the knot.
You were a doting Dad to Shannon through many difficult times and a great Stepdad to Big Matt, He looked up to you whilst looking down on you. Proud of ya.
Sorry for Jos loss. This should never happen so soon into a marriage. The loss must be unbearable and unbelievable.

We had so many fun times along the way. The picture in my mind of you Horizontal on a lamppost on your Stag Doo will never leave me.
The Hostal in Prague when you lay up against a white wall and you were that pale it looked like a pair of black boxers were stuck to the wall. The fact that during our 35 year friendship you never attended the City Ground in case Dean fancied a Pot Noodle. It wasnt Taffs fault he was a faster runner than you. Far too many memorable moments to mention now.
I will miss your infectious laugh, your winning smile and your comical timing.
I will somehow also miss the Moaning Negative Matt. Whos gonna shout Get Him Off hes rubbish down the Shed now? Whos going to ask Me Why you drinking that Shit just because it isnt Carling? Whos going to Squabble with Dean over absolutely nothing? Whos gonna say its Tims round? Whos gonna tell Karlos hes clueless about football? During Lockdown we had some great moments down the Shed. Memories that will Live Forever.
One of my biggest regrets is not being able to see you more often in the final few months. I know I could have brought some light relief into your life but this wasnt to be. We know what we had and nobody will ever be able to take that away.
How many times did I tell you Live for today not for tomorrow Most times you chose tomorrow. You were very rarely right.

I wont be around for the Funeral but I refuse to be sad by your passing I will be celebrating your life and having the pleasure of spending the last 35 years with you. Its been a blast.
