The earth has lost a wonderful lady but heaven has gained a beautiful soul. Lydia Marriott has made an impression on me since the day I met her. Every time I visited her, she made me feel very welcome and loved. I will miss her and especially will miss her hand written cards and letters in the mail.

She was a very loving and warm person that I will miss dearly. She was much more than an Aunt to me, she was more of a second mother. My thoughts and prayers to my cousins and please know that I am thinking of you now and will forever. I love you guys so much!...
