John Patrick Tierney "Jack"

3rd Jun 1934 — 6th Sept 2023

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 6^th September 2023 aged 89 years.

Beloved Husband of the late Phyll, Dad to Declan, Father-in-Law to Vanessa, Grandad to Aoife and Lorcan, and Brother and Uncle to many. Will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

Jack’s funeral mass will take place at St Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, Hinckley on Thursday 12^th October 2023 at 12:00 noon. A committal will follow after the service in Ashby Road Cemetery

Family Flowers only please.

I send my sincere condolences to Jack's family and friends on learning of his passing. Sadden to know yet another of my fellow Hinckley Lions (that now seas to be) from the early 1970 chartered members has left us. Jack was a feisty corrector with a total commitment to the cause.
