Messages Of Condolence

We watched the service from across the miles, and you all did John proud. We have many wonderful memories of his and Brenda’s visits to Aotearoa New Zealand, and our one visit to Begonia Close, where we were welcomed like family.

Rest in peace, John, and our sympathy and love to Brenda and family xxx

All the best dads are called John 😄 Family was so important to John and spending time with his sons and grandkids brought him so much joy. I feel special that I too spent time with him, someone who always had a welcoming hug and I loved our little Christmas dance together. Now he’s free from pain and we can cherish his memory.

John was such a great cousin; always pleased to see you, a gentleman and a friend. I used to love dancing with him at family gatherings. My love to Brenda and “the boys” et al xxxx

John you were a truly lovely man, despite your health challenges you were always such a gentleman, kind and thoughtful of those around you.
I will always fondly remember you dancing with myself and with others, your joy of music was infectious. You had the very best dance moves.
It’s been my privilege to have known you ❤️
My thoughts are with Brenda and your boys and with your family and friends.
You are very missed by all who knew you x

So sorry for your loss, Rich, thinking of you and the whole family. Never got to meet John but by all accounts he sounded a great man with good humour. RIP
