Funeral service to take place at Countesthorpe Crematorium on Friday 21st October at 11:00am and John requested no black to be worn please. No flowers by request. Donations may be sent payable to 'Leicester Hospitals Charity' in which all monies will be forwarded to the Coronary Care Unit at Glenfield Hospital c/o G.Seller 'Independent Funeral Directors' 75 Upper Bond Street, Hinckley, LE10 1RH.
