Janet Mary Jones

of Burbage, former proprietor of the Hat and Beaver, Highcross Street, Leicester, passed away peacefully at home on the 20th December 2020 aged 76 years, Beloved wife to Ken. A loving mum to Angela and Martin and the late Allan and a much loved grandma to Heidi and Kirstie. A private family service will take place. Flowers may be sent or donations payable to 'Leicester Animal Aid' c/o G.Seller 'Independent Funeral Directors' 75 Upper Bond Street, Hinckley, LE10 1RH. Tel: 01455 637457.

Grandma, I miss you everyday. I remember you when I was young and you used to meet me from school. It feels like you've been gone ages now because I could feel you drifting when you were poorly. I said my goodbyes when I told you to let the Christmas angels come. You came back to me and told me that you loved me. You held my hand and that's when I knew you would always be there for me, watching over me. My little angel Robin. I look for you every day ❤️
