Jane Moore

11th Jan 1952 — 15th Nov 2024

Jane passed away peacefully at LOROS Hospice on the 15th November 2024, aged 72 years.

Beloved wife to the late Pat, much loved mum to Andy and Steve and adored Nana to Rose, Daisy, Evie and Ollie

The funeral service will be held on Friday 20th December 2024 at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton, at 11am.
