Iris Ruby Parker

7th Feb 1930 — 6th Apr 2025

Iris Ruby Parker of Earl Shilton.

Passed away peacefully on Sunday 6th April 2025 aged 95 years.

Beloved wife of the late Basil, Mum, Grandma and Great-grandma.. Will be sadly missed.

Iris’s funeral service will be held at The Barsby Service Chapel, G. Seller, Hinckley on Thursday 24th April 2025 at 1pm, please arrive for refreshments from 12:30pm. A private family committal will take place later the same day.

Family flowers only please.

Iris was a kind and generous mother in law for nearly 45 years. She was quite happy to be teased by me but especially by her grandchildren. Our engagement and subsequent marriage deprived her and Baz of a cruise, and I hope Iris that now you are at peace you at last forgive me! God bless, and enjoy your now forever time with those you love and missed.
