Hazel Swarbrick

of Burbage

Passed away at home on the 10th November 2023, aged 74 years.

A much loved wife and mother who shall be sadly missed.

Funeral service to take place at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton on Wednesday 29th November at 11.45am.

No flowers please. Donations may be made in memory of Hazel payable to 'Macmillan Cancer Support' c/o G Seller Indepedent Funeral Directors, 75 Upper Bond Street, Hinckley, Leics, LE10 1RH. Tel: 01455 637457 or by clicking the 'donate' button opposite.
