It is with great sadness that the Short family announce the passing of Hazel at the George Eliot Hospital on the 13th April 2019 aged 86 years.
Beloved wife of the late Fred, much loved Mother to Carol, Peter, Lynda & Alyn, and friend to their respective wives and partners. A fun loving Grandma "Queenie" to 6 Grandchildren and proud Great Grandmother to 10 Great Grandchildren. A cherished sister of Rosemary and the late Barbara.
A private Cremation will take place followed by a Service of Thanksgiving and Celebration of Hazel's life at Barwell Methodist Chapel on Tuesday 7th May 2019 at 12:00noon and mourning wear is not required.
Family flowers only please.
