Passed peacefully away in hospital on 2nd October 2018 aged 92 years. Much loved Mum and Mum in Law to Linda, Chris, Sheila, Pete, Jan and Maurice and a treasured Nan to all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral Service to take place at Wolvey Chapel on Wednesday 24th October 2018 at 11.00am. Flowers are welcome or donations may be made in memory of Hazel, payable to "Client Charitable Donations Fund" (which will be directed to a charity close to Hazel's heart) c/o G. Seller Independent Funeral Directors.
