I can’t quite believe I’m writing this.

We lost touch over the years, sadly. Life and circumstance got in the way.

My best memories of you live in our teenage years—
the Yorkshire lass,
too cool for school,
beautiful, clever, funny,
and somehow known by everyone—
the girl everyone noticed,
everyone liked,
everyone wanted to be around.
The Jam, Bowie, Kate Bush, Meat Loaf—the soundtrack to our youth. Cigarettes in the bike sheds, house party’s on Brookside, Kicker boots. Lots of laughter and a kind of freedom only teenagers know.

You were our Demi Moore (in Ghost), absolutely stunning.
This is how il always think of and remember you Flo.

I hope you are somewhere beautiful with the lovely Jean & David, at peace and surrounded by love.

Dear Flo.....

I have lots of memories of you....
I remember you moving to Hinckley from Wakefield when we were in our teens & you immediately joined our friendship group. So many funny times!

It seems a world away now Flo.....

I will always remember you as a real beauty with a unique chuckle.
