Ernest Hooker

10th Jan 1926 — 9th Mar 2021

Formerly of Earl Shilton, passed away peacefully at Kingsfield Court, Earl Shilton on 8th March 2021 aged 95 years. Loving father of David, Valerie and Robert and a much loved Father in Law, Grandad, Great Grandad, Uncle and Great Uncle. A private family Funeral Service will take place in due course.

Kind donations may be made in memory of Ernest, payable to "LOROS" c/o G.Seller.

You truly were a selfless man it was a pleasure to look after you at Kingsfield court. I will treasure the letter you wrote to me. I hope you got some pleasure from the book of poems I bought you. I'm sorry I couldn't be with you at the end to support you. But I had to leave kingsfield to pursue my dream. I will never forget you Ernest you were a treasure. I'm glad I had the time to read your memories and look at your cuttings. Finally you have your wish to be with Graham you are both now in the arms of God where you wanted to be. Hope you get to meet my dad in heaven. Sweet dreams rest easy now. Thoughts are with your family at this very sad time. Night night to an ultimate gentleman. Sam xx
