of Hinckley, passed away peacefully in LOROS on 15th January 2026 aged 83 years. 

Beloved husband to the late Iris. A loving dad to John, Jeanette and Karen, father in law to Tina, Tertius and Heath and a wonderful grandad to Ryan, Jordan, Rachel , Christopher, Holly and James. 

Funeral service to take place at Countesthorpe Crematorium on Thursday 5th February at 3pm. 

Family flowers only please.

It was always a pleasure to be in Erics company at the club, in team matches and when trying to find him a pair of posh shoes to replace his immaculate new trainers to get him into a Doncaster night club many years ago.
