Ellen Whelband

23rd May 1931 — 25th Feb 2022

of Barwell

Passed away peacefully at Charnwood Park Care Home on the 25th February 2022, aged 90 years.

Beloved wife of the late Ken. Much loved mum of Susan, cherished nanna of Christopher & Laura and great granny to Matthew, Jolie, Jack, Cole and Corey. Ellen will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Susan and family would like to express their gratitude to all the staff at Charnwood Park for their wonderful care of Ellen.

Funeral service to take place at Countesthorpe Crematorium on Thursday 24th March at 12.00 noon.

Flowers welcome, donations may be made in memory of Ellen payable to 'LOROS' c/o G. Seller Independent Funeral Directors, 75 Upper Bond Street, Hinckley, Leics, LE10 1RH. Tel: 01455 637457.
