of Stoney Stanton, passed away peacefully in Moat House Care Home, Burbage on 30th December 2018 aged 91 years.
Beloved husband of the late Freda. Derek was much loved and will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton on Wednesday 23rd January at 11:45am.
