Passed away peacefully in hospital after a short illness, having lived a long and happy life in Hinckley, and having just celebrated his 95th birthday surrounded by his loving family.

Much loved husband of the late Win. Dad/Pops to Richard, Lynn, Glennis, Jakki, Nick and Wendy. Beloved Father-in-law to Cathy, Grahame, Kev, Ges, Mo and Ed. A granddad and great granddad who will truly be missed by all the family.

So many stories he told that kept everyone entertained, Dennis wrote his memories down to be shared and treasured in perpetuity.

Funeral service at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton, on Wednesday 14th September 2022 at 2:45pm, followed by a celebration of his life.

Dennis requested that no black be worn at at his funeral.

My Dad used to sit next to Dennis a few years ago on a Friday night while they played bingo at the working mens club. I met him a few times and thought he was a lovely man who always had a story to tell.
My Dad passes on his condolences to the family.
