Passed away at Glenfield Hospital on the 26th December 2020, aged 74 years.

A private funeral service will take place at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton.

Donations may be made in memory of David payable to 'British Heart Foundation' c/o G. Seller Independent Funeral Direcots, 75 Upper Bond Street, Hinckley, Leics, lE10 1RH.
