beloved husband of Mavis, much loved dad of Hayley and Kim, and very special grandad of Sasha, Jade, Katie and William passed away peacefully on June 5^th 2016 aged 76 years. Funeral service to take place at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton on Monday 20^th June at 12:45pm.
