I can’t quite believe you’ve gone Albert. You’ll always be Albear to me! From meeting you in Billies to working together in the Cross Keys. Then all those afternoons/evenings putting the cheesiest music on. I will always think of you when I hear Jason Donovan or watch Priscilla Queen of the dessert. I’ll miss you. Till we meet again my friend. RIP xx

I am so sorry to hear about the death of an old workmate. I had the pleasure of working with Albert at Orton’s in Earl Shilton in the early seventies. Always up for a laugh was Albert and it was always great to be around him. I’m sorry to say that I lost contact with him over the years but thinking about him today some fifty-four years later, I realise what a good friend he was. My condolences to his family and from one Albert to another, until we meet again old friend.
