Bob Day

12th Apr 1948 — 22nd Jul 2017

of Barwell, passed away peacefully at home with his family around him on 22nd July 2017 aged 69 years. Much loved husband to Lesley. Loving dad to Shane, Shaun, Scott and Emma and a wonderful grandad to his ten grandchildren. Funeral service to take place at Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton on Thursday 10th August at 10:30am. Family flowers only please. Donations may be sent payable to 'When You Wish Upon a Star' c/o G. Seller & Co Ltd, 75 Upper Bond Street, Hinckley, LE10 1RH. Tel: 01455 637457.

To one of the most decent and hard working people I've ever met , I can remember when you and my brother Jeff rode to Skegness on your bikes that time many years ago and for some reasons took a detour through Boston , you arrived about 2 hours late and rode about an extra 20 miles but you waited for Jeff to make sure he got there safely. You have left an amazing legacy behind you and Barwell will never be the same with out you
