It is with great sadness that the family announce the passing of Margaret “Mags” Moore, a dearly loved wife, mother, grandmother and great‑grandmother.
Mags was the devoted wife of Brian for 28 wonderful years. She was a much‑loved mum to Hazel and Susan, and is reunited now with her beloved son Carl, who preceded her in death. She was a cherished grandma to Holly, Leigh, Adam, Luke and Abigail, and a proud great‑grandmother to Nancy, Erin, George, Amelia, Harrison and Maeve.
She is also reunited with her parents, Bridie and Bill and her brother Pat who passed before her.
Funeral service will take place at Countesthorpe Crematorium on 10th September 2026 at 11am, followed by a wake at Newbold Verdon Club, where family and friends are warmly invited to gather and share memories.
Floral tributes are welcome and may be sent to the Hinckley Branch of G Seller by 8.30am on the day of the funeral. Those who prefer may also make a donation to LOROS, a charity that meant a great deal to her. Donations can be made by using the above button.
