Luke and Ethan were both great friends and they always brought a light side to air cadets. It won’t be the same without you.

Luke was a pleasure to teach, always positive and with a cheerful outlook on his studies. He was a good-natured and popular student who got along with everyone. I was on the admissions desk when Luke and mum came to KE6 and signed him up to a demanding timetable, and he was in my chemistry class since the start of Year 12. During his time at college he showed great resilience and was always willing to have a go. He is greatly missed.

I never could've imagined it from the moment I was sent this page I burst into tears to I didn't believe it at first and outright denied that 2 of the brightest young men could be taken away so soon. I spent my time with them throughout my time at cadets and there wasn't a single night at cadets that I can remember where these 2 didn't make me laugh and bring a smile to my face. May they rest in peace thank you for always being the joy I never knew I needed.

During my time at cadets, I've shared many memories with Luke and Ethan, All of which were positive. Whether it was polishing our shoes and laughing at something stupid, or doing the battlefields tour in Belgium, they never ceased to make me and everyone around them laugh. they made my time at cadets with them the most enjoyable it could be. Throughout the 2 and a half years we were at cadets together, they always lightened the mood no matter the activity. Luke was like a big brother. the kind of person I could talk to about anything and would give advice no matter what it was. Ethan was always a team player and would somehow always have a joke to lighten the mood. Cadets has never felt the same since they were gone. Both were too soon taken from us, but the memories and good times with them will always remain. Fly high luke and ethan.

I knew both from cadets. Ethan would always find a way to make people laugh, whereas Luke took a more serious approach towards cadets, but would still occasionally have a laugh.

I knew Luke better out of the two but he always made cadets a brighter place. They both were able to make even the saddest person laugh with this jokes and were loved by everyone who knew them.
