Donald Allen "Don" of Burbage.

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 1st September 2026 aged 90 years.

Loving husband of the late Margaret, Dad to Estelle, Chris, Patrick and Amanda, grandad and great-grandad, Don will be sadly missed.

Don’s Funeral Service will take place at St Marys Parish Church, Hinckley on Thursday 1st October 2026 at 1:30pm. A committal to reunite Don with Margaret will take place at Burbage Cemetery following the service, all welcome.

As a child you were my hero, there was nothing you could not do or could not mend, you inspired me to take chances and get myself in so deep that it took all I had to dig myself out, and once out a bigger person I became.
And to quote Hawes: "Aim at the sun, and you may not reach it; but your arrow will fly far higher than if aimed at an object on a level with yourself."
