Derek passed away peacefully on the 10th September 2026, aged 75 years.
Devoted husband of the late Julie, and adored father to Katherine and his late son Charlie.
The funeral service will be held on Monday 5th October 2026 at Rainsbrook Crematorium, Rugby, at 12 noon.
Dark, formal mourning attire to be worn please.
