Hosts To Some of Leicestershire's Finest

Here at G. Seller we were proud to host some of Leicestershire's finest family firms for the annual Family Business Dinner organised by Family Business United.

Taking place in the recently opened Barsby Catering Suite the evening included drinks, dinner and a tour of the family business with Managing Director Joseph Barsby and Senior Funeral Director Kevin Draper sharing the story of over 100 years as a family business in Hinckley.

As Paul Andrews, Founder and Managing Director of Family Business United explains, "We host family business dinners across the country and it is always a preference to host them at a family business where possible. The Barsby Catering Suite provided a fantastic setting for a talk steeped in history where the third generation are currently at the helm. Family values shone through and underpin the every essence of what this family firm is all about. It was great to see so many great family business owners from around the county enjoy a great evening."

As Joseph adds, "It was a proud moment for us to be able to host such a prestigious event on site and to showcase all that we do, and the journey that we, as a family business, have been on for over one hundred years. I am immensely proud of all that our team do and to be able to share that with such a wonderful audience of like-minded family business owners who share the same passion and pride for their own businesses as we do for ours was a real honour."
