We pride ourselves on our modern fleet of Mercedes Hearses and Limousines. Each limousine seats a maximum of 7 mourners with each limousine having a full panoramic roof. All of our vehicles are meticulously maintained by our dedicated team.
We work in conjunction with carriage masters that means we can offer a silver or navy hearse and matching limousines. There are also alternative hearses such as vintage vehicles or a motorcycle hearse.
We are also the proud stewards of a fully restored Victorian hand-bier which can be used for a village funeral, such as a service in the local Parish Church followed by interment in a nearby cemetery.
Horse drawn hearse
We can also offer a traditional and beautiful horse drawn hearse. There are choices of white or black horses.
We offer a wide and varied range of beautiful floral tributes that can be arranged and supplied by our highly-experienced florist, Karen Noel. Karen owns and manages Jillyflowers who have been established for over 30 years and are conveniently located opposite our funeral home on Upper Bond Street, Hinckley.

Choosing the right coffin or casket for your loved one is an important part of the funeral arrangement and we can help you with this.
Often it helps to think about the life of the loved one and consider what would best reflect their life.
Whether you would like a traditional style wooden coffin or a wood veneer, a cardboard or wicker coffin or would like to consider a painted or themed coffin, we can help.
Chapel of Rest
Coming to the Chapel of Rest to pay your last respects is a completely personal choice. We aim to ensure your last memory is of comfort to you. We have decorated our rooms in soft, neutral colours which are designed to create a tranquil environment for you.
We always escort you to see your loved one and make sure that you are never rushed. We allow you the time necessary for composure and if requested, we will stay with you at all times.
Your funeral director will discuss whether you would like to visit your loved one and can discuss a suitable day or days for you to visit.
Lots of families like to raise money for their loved one by raising money for a charity or special cause that was meaningful to their life.
We can administer the donations on your behalf and will keep the donations for between 4-6 weeks after the funeral.
We have a separate account for charitable donations and ask that all cheques are made out to the ‘Client Charitable Donations Fund,’ which will we then forward onto the chosen charity or charities.
We will send you a letter letting you know how much we have raised together with the list of contributors. We will also forward the donations onto the charity.
You also have the choice of donating online through our dedicated obituary page. This means if the charity or charities we are raising money for have a JustGiving page, you can donate directly.
We can assist you in placing notices in all local and national newspapers.

We can also publish the notice free of charge on our online obituary page. Your online obituary page will allow for family members and friends to write messages, leave a memory candle, look at directions to the Church of Crematorium and donate to your chosen charity.
We have a bespoke and unique range of funeral stationary that can be designed and personalised to your requirements. We will liaise with the minister or officiant on your behalf to produce any funeral stationary you would like. This can include Orders of Service, Attendance Cards, Books of Condolence, Bookmarks, Memorial Cards, Thank you cards and Memorial Portraits.

Your funeral director will be happy to go through all the options to help you in making the right decision for you and your loved one.
It can be difficult to decide where to return to following a funeral or thanksgiving service. We can provide a first class outside catering service either at home, various local venues and church halls, with our recommended caterers. If required we can provide the crockery and cutlery, and also our dedicated attendants to make and serve refreshments, and to clear away when everyone has left.
We can also provide you with a list of local venues that will be more than happy to discuss your food and beverage requirements, or places to hire a room for your own catering services. Please ask us for details.
We can arrange a symbolic and special white dove release. This can take place at the Cemetery, Church or Crematorium.
We can arrange the release of balloons at the end of the funeral service. This can be incredibly poignant and memorable.
The Last Post and Reveille can be played by a bugler and can be a moving mark of respect for military personnel.
A bagpiper can be arranged to play at your loved one’s funeral. This can be a really up lifting and fitting tribute to your loved one.
Some families find great comfort with being able to have the honour of carrying their loved one on their last journey. We are happy to help and offer a practice with all involved before the day of the funeral.
All military service personnel are entitled to have a Standard at their funeral. It is customary for the Standard to form part of the procession, both into and from the Church, Chapel, Cemetery or Churchyard where the funeral is taking place. We can arrange this all for you.
